Hello Goodbye

Sep 7, 2018

The realtor was arguing on the phone when passing her. Very unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. Agree with the previous persons comments about the lack of respect for the noise oridance, work should not commence at an earlier time than the municipality allows.

Do not trust them. The quality of the house is on par with any other custom homebuilder in the central Ohio area. We’re happy with the end product, however, we are extremely disappointed in the process. Namely, the lack of communication, the dishonesty, and mismanagement. My wife and I had to manage the project because our project manager was overworked. If you decide to build with Bob Webb you should absolutely inspect your house every single day. There were a lot of items overlooked that my wife and I ended up catching and not our project manager. Our house was built WITHOUT the correct set of plans on site. At one point they put the wrong siding on our garage. If I owned this company I would be furious with the amount of money that was lost because the architect failed to deliver the correct set plans on site. We brought this to their attention several times. In February I met with the warranty manager. I pointed out several items of trash that were left on the site that I wanted removed-siding, cement block, paper left by the painters, etc. It is now almost May and the trash is still here! While we do not necessarily regret the decision to build with Bob Webb, in hindsight we would look for another builder that has better communication and who cares about the consumer.

We are very happy with the experience building our Bob Webb home. There's no doubt building a home is a stressful process with a lot of critical decisions to be made, but it went very smoothly. From the early stages of the design selections to the actual field work and all those involved in the construction, we felt our needs were met, in fact, very attentively and professionally. Now, even after a year in our home, we have received prompt attention to the few issues that remain. We LOVE our new home and highly recommend a Bob Webb home.

This company has no respect for existing communities in which they work. Their contractors in the Dublin/Muirfield development off of Drake Rd. start with the air compressors, hammers, banging around ladders, and any other noise they can possibly make at around 6:30 am every morning and usually don't finish until about 9:00 pm, sometimes later. I called their office around 7:00 am this morning to express my concerns after being rudely awoken about 45 minutes earlier by their contractors and, ironically, noone was there to take my call. If it's too early for your employees to be at the office in the morning, it's probably too early for your contractors to be banging their tools around in residential neighborhoods. RUDE!!!
