You should see the people they have working for them, they wanna condemn peoples place of business because they don't like what that person says, but yet they do the same thing. I highly recommend finding a BETTER BUILDER!!!!!!

These guys are the worst. First, look at the address of the corporate office - its a dump and in the middle of a very bad area. Why would any self respecting home building company put their corporate office in Northland mall next to an outpatient rehab facility? I'll tell you why: because they're cheap and they don't care what their customer thinks of them. After you build, there will be a bunch of problems - they won't get fixed until you maybe complain to the BBB or other agency. And don't ever expect any satisfaction from them like "hey yeah we're sorry there is water leaking from your ceiling causing shorts in the electrical - well fix that right away!" instead its "did you call the plumber listed in your closing paperwork"? Or maybe they send their VP out at 9:30 AM to come out and assess the situation, then go back to his hole at 2700 E Dublin and do absolutely nothing about it. Our front door has paint peeling off of it and they tried to blame it on a family member. Who does this? Not saying don't build with them, I know there is a housing shortage in Columbus. If you do end up going with them, get ready for a lot of headaches and make sure you document everything.

This builder built the house next door to mine. I would say the quality of materials used in the home was not the same level as those by Fischer homes. The build took an unreasonable amount of time. Often times trash from the build would end up for me to clean from my property. They did not place drains on either side of the driveway as required by zoning ,and a section of my front yard was under water for a long time as a result. When they retroactively added the drains they wrecked part of my yard in the process and attempted to leave without a word about it. It was a pretty shady move. I've heard from my new neighbor that contacting the builder after the close has been difficult. Based on the other reviews here, now I'm not surprised.

4 different names for one so called company.homewood, trinity, ambassador, the real name is nc services.they hide their real company name very well.expect 9 months or more just to build the cookie cutter, leaking toilet, wasted space house.just read the reviews.the kitchen islands at the bottom where they install cheap wood panels are touched up with shoe polish, not paint.the only goal is to get the homes sold to unsuspecting victims.customer service is a no no. Profit is all that matters.you will be so sorry.

If you're looking to build a high-quality custom home in Columbus or other parts of Central Ohio, Trinity Homes is an excellent choice. I am familiar with their work and know they make the building process easy and are great to work with. They offer fantastic service and responsiveness. They give you ideas that fit your budget and requirements and are with you from conception to completion. Highly recommended!
