Messed up!

Hey. I did my homework (I thought) and agreed to hire James Chipman. Everything was good until I got back from holidays and I think the same, he has blocked my number. This was an insurance job and the cheque has been issued. Still no communication. I guess I’m starting this process all over of getting quotes. What a puss off. He doesn’t even have the guts to contact me. DO NOT HIRE THIS PRICK!!!

Great work and very friendly, we needed a new fence for our dogs when we bought our new home and james built us exactly what we asked for in a timely manner. The finished product is beautiful and we are very pleased with his work, would recommended to anyone

Our experience with Jamie Chipman, the owner of Rockwood Fencing and Contracting, was absolutely terrible. They were sloppy, left nails all over our driveway and yard where our dogs play, and finally did not properly secure our gate putting screws that did not even make it though the wood and hinges into the post. When our gate inevitably came down after beginning to lean only days after it being put up I called him and asked him to rectify the issue. He tried to make many excuses until I showed him photos he agreed that longer screws and more hinges had obviously been required. After stringing me along for two weeks claiming one of his guys or himself would be by to correct the issue he has finally blocked my number.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. We paid over $10,000 for a terribly sloppy service and had to deal with disrespectful and dismissive communication when trying to resolve an issue.
