We are the one of the trades which worked for prince bay Homes, and at the end we were Screwed by the company. They simply got the job done and refused to pay the balance of the Contract. after a few email exchange and phone calls we got the last cheque from them , and deposited the cheque in our bank. guess what ? The cheque was stopped by the prince bay homes, and returned NSF. Then they kicked us at of the property, and told us not to approach the job sites. They still owe us $ 4500.00 dollars, and refusing to pay. The fact is these kind of armature builders start with lies about their company, and work their way up by trades money, and this is not fair to the small company like us. after 4 month of work we get simply kicked out and the balance payment of the Contract is still unpaid. Other trades have the same history with Prince Bay Homes, and they did not get paid in full. We had a very bad experience with Prince Bay Luxury Homes, and we are filing a legal action against the company, and also put the lien against those properties which we worked on. Mr Mehran Moeinifar, the owner of the company and his father Mr. Abbas Moeinifar are together tricked us to finish the job on all the houses that we had Contracted, and then came up with excuses not to pay the balance. Despite the fact that the new houses were sold over 1.500.000.00 dollars, give and take, they still refuse to pay us the remaining balance for the work which we have done. I don't know how they can live with themselves when they let the trades suffer. You be the judge. If you are the trades that hired by Prince Bay Luxury Homes to do the job for them....Just be care full who you are dealing with. They hang you dry before they pay. If you are buying from the Prince Bay Luxury Homes, Then you have to be certain that the trades are paid in full on those properties. Please don't let them get a way with stealing money from hardworking individuals. If anybody has the same experience with Prince Bay Luxury Homes, and did not get paid for the work, We would like to hear their stories. Thank you and we hope that one day Prince Bay Luxury Homes, and it's owner realize what they are doing to the small companies, and get what they deserve.
