I have nothing but great things to say about Olthof Homes. The entire process has been super smooth and easy- from our first visit to the model to closing on our Olthof home. Adrian at the sales office was wonderful- he had excellent communication throughout the building process and answered all of our questions right away. John the construction manager was very detailed with all things construction related. Thank you both for making a stressful not.

Maggie at the Mill Creek subdivision is incredible. She made the home building experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. She helped us with every step of the process. The folks at the design center also did an incredible job. Lisa at the Warrenty Dept answers all our concerns and gets our small problems we’ve had corrected quickly. Mike and Pam.

Our home buying experience with Olthof has been exceptional from Day 1 till the end. Erin the Sales agent for Pentwater div was very helpful in our home buying process, she is very knowledgeable in her field & was available whenever needed. She responded to all the concerns in a timely manner & showed great cliental service. Matt our Construction Manager also did a great job, he went an extra mile in his work & did his part of Job as promised. The whole team of Olthof Crown Point community is the best the one could find in a region.

We absolutely love our new home! Amy, our New Home Consultant for Mistwood subdivision, was a pleasure to work with during this process. We selected an existing model for our family rather than building. This had some give and take on our wishlist, but we love our Sequoia and couldn’t be happier with the neighborhood. The kitchen and great room with amazingly tall ceilings are among our favorites; the small garage and driveway would be our biggest complaints. However, the pros certainly outway the cons. The fine craftsmanship and neighborhood are what made us decide this was where we wanted to raise our family. We would certainly recommend Olthof Homes to friends and family.

We worked with Erin when purchasing our home in Hamilton Square, and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We were first time home buyers, so there were MANY questions that Erin was always willing to answer. Before we even came to look at the model and the unit that we were interested in, she was in contact with us for 2 weeks answering any and all questions, and even thinking of answers to questions we had not asked. The appliances were not installed when we toured, so after installation she sent photos for us to see before we moved in! Overall, it was an amazing experience! I would hope that every first time homebuyer felt this much at home before they even moved in! We LOVE our new home, and are very happy with Olthof. We would consider building with them in the future when we outgrow our home.
