Although my family didn't buy a house from granite, I decided to write this review because of their excellent customer service team. We had the pleasure of working with Melissa and 2 Sarahs. They supported us the whole time and tried their best to get us answers to our questions and concerns. Althought at the end we didn't find the house suitable for our family (as first time home buyers we didn't feel comfortable buying a house just off the floor plan) we recommend buying your house from this wonderful builder. We plan on putting in an offer for the house once it has been built.
