Worst experience I've ever been through. This builder not only took three months to finish off basic items like the sunken floor in the master bedroom but they forgot to add a garage lock, there were holes in the island from the poor work, they didn't paint the walls left the sanding on the wall, the stove doesn't fit, the AC system never worked & then at the end they told me I'm pretty much on my own because they never added steps to the backyard from the living room when at the initial home inspection the inspector did tell me they will be adding stairs. I am still waiting for most items to be finished with the home & I got the run around. Avoid buying from this joke of a builder they ruined this entire experience with me. During the home decor selection the real estate agent Debra was rude & tried to rush us out to a point where I was double minded on my decor selection for the home. To home buyers, buying a house is supposed to be a special time & an accomplishment thanks Fusion Homes for ruining that for us.

1) Price your options. They gouge you at every turn. Over $220 for a pot light. 2) Fusion uses dated products that you have to opt out of. - example their towel rods are the old ceramic ones with the plastic bars. We had to ask for them not to be installed, yet received no credit to offset. 3) They will not play nice with your contractors if you need anything done or roughed in before closing. 4) They will make changes they deem to have little to no impact on the client without consent. 5) They include a large fusion brick standard on their homes. From what Ive seen it is not matched to your colour and sticks out. It is a fight to have it not included. 6) Fusions brick packages are dated and unless you like oranges should be reviewed before you firm. They launched one new one which is black and grey. One. 7) Every change is $55. Moving two windows on either side of a fireplace - $55 x 2. Then another $55 to move the two on top. So 4x $55. 8) They are inflexible and insist on delivering a "finished" product - they wouldnt leave part of the baseboards out for our master closet. Our house hasnt been finished yet, but if building again - it wouldnt be with fusion.
