this is a Zero star review but it wont let me post unless I give at least one start rating . ZERO is exactly what Brigil homes deserve. We are also continuously putting money into the home just to bring it up to standard code. House is always freezing, had a company come over to look at attic insulation...comment was OMG what insulation!!!!! contacting Brigil is a like hitting your head against a brick wall.

Do not buy a house from here if you ever want it to be completed. They always say in 2 weeks but nothing ever get completed. The customer service never answers the phone and will not return messages. Even we they try and complete work that is required they will just show the day of to do the work instead of scheduling it. Brigil seem more concerned about putting up new house than completing the ones that are already sold.

I bought my house in 2013 and I'm still putting money in it to fix it. This morning I woke up to a puddle in my kitchen water coming from the stove vent situated on the north side. It was fix with a Mickey Mouse metal box on top of the vent by a second hand jobber. To Mr Hodge start paying to fix your house if you wait after Brigil it will never happened and Tarion well lets not go there it raises my blood pressure
