The "builder" is selling expensive houses with nice design done with cheap labor/products from QC. There is no quality control and you need to speak French to "grease" the wheels when contractors are fixing your house. Bookmark the Tarion website...

Thomas is just the most helpful, lovely being. Awesome energy and made everything super smooth. Can't wait to get into our new home!

Great experience from purchase all along to delivery and occupation. Love my new house, quality of the build and all materials. Their availability to support and fixing issues. 6 month in the house and no major issues or anything. Owner feels very responsible and proud of his product and that makes this brand a bit different from rest of builders in the region. He called myself directly on small thing like a valance on kitchen floating shelf to help me sort out the solution for it. Their level of engagement to all details and trying to support customers along the entire process makes us really happy with our purchase;

Most beautiful homes in Ottawa. They might sound a bit overpriced to some but I believe the designs and quality are second to none.

I recently closed our home by Hn Homes. It is a gorgeous home. The quality of these home is very superior. What Hn calls standard in a home is and upgrade to most builders in Ottawa. The price may seem overpriced, but the architect (Christopher Simmonds) behind these modern designs is well known and as i'm learning architecture right now. Theses designs should be exemplars to other builders on how living today should be. The customer care is wonderful and you are guided along the way with a wonderful designer and lot coordinator. Thomas is amazing and can answer any questions you have. He is a very honest person! Would 100% recommend this build to anyone looking into buying a new home.
