**UPDATE** We comprised a list of the many items and submitted it to Mattamy homes. They sent over an Inspector to go over my concerns. Super friendly staff here and took their time to hear my concerns. I never once felt pressured. They've been by the house a few times sorting through the list and making the appropriate corrections. I'm very happy with that. Thank-You ***ORIGINAL*** Just rented a house from a new owner. Many unfinished flaws including the siding which is coming undone on the side of the house under the bedroom windows that keeps flapping in the wind. Also, the fireplace doesn't work properly and there are uncalled areas as well as the floor not meeting the wall. Be carefull and inspect before you move in. It's dissapointing that a house under 1 year old should have so many issues when you spend $500,000 for a pice of cardboard.. seriously Mattamy. You can do better.

Love the surrounding area Carp river detention basin great place to walk around and see bird and other wildlife.
