Great buy, the sales team is very nice and professional they were very accommodating. The design centre staff is also very good to work with they made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend Richcraft!

Richcraft installed the wrong kitchen cabinet on closing and they keep bringing the wrong cabinet colour over and over...it has been 5 months since I took occupancy and this issue is still not resolved. Furthermore, their kitchen manufacturer Potvin did not show up to scheduled appointments 3 times! I was told the appointment is between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm and the tech never showed up. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to make a homeowner wait around and miss work just for them to not show up. Neither Richcraft or Potvin bothered to call to reschedule or apologize for not showing up. If you were a reputable company, you would be on top of your trades and ensure they show up for appointments. Lastly, I would like to mention that the overall quality of my new build is inferior and unsatisfactory. I paid to have the exterior door and garage door painted gray - still not completed. Apparently the painter schedules the work himself. The caulking around the edges of my *expensive* quartz countertops and drywall have all cleft and the paint job was mediocre with defects still visible all around the home. Your incompetent trades should be replaced with professionals who can provide exceptional work.
