Nice area.....we built a no maintenance backyard with a pool, deck, and a cabana for a client here. The homes John Boddy build are not a bad design... they have 5 different models I have seen and they are nice.

Use you brains..John Body build a batch a time because they realize the house prices were going up---they had the price release for $800,000 and they refused to release any listings , all of a sudden they were up to a million dollars--ppl if you buy a house in Ajax for a million dollars with interest rate rising and ppl holding bk on buying , how much do you think you will get for it , in case you have to sell....don't be fooled, and they don't have nothing more than other houses....John Body rip off builder, money digger ...don't be fooled by their name and then you can't pay your mortgage mths later...

Fantastic builder. On time high quality finishes. Incentives. And reasonably priced property. Builder builds in small batches ensuring quality as oppose to 300 house at a time.

I bought the Birkdale home on April 2016. The house was completed November 2016 even though they had a one month strike going on. Extremely fast builders with amazing customer service. Highly satisfied with their interior decor appointment. I went mostly with all basic finishes with the help of the interior decor lady picking every single combination and theme for my home. She was very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone
