Peter and Adam are 2 of the reps we have been dealing with. They are both equally great . They have done a fantastic job of getting information quickly to our myriad of questions asked by my wife and myself.

I bought a townhouse from Minto a year ago and so far it's been a pleasant experience. Adam who sold me the house was amazing. Just keep in mind, you get what you pay for. It is not a high end finition but it's not bad considering the price point and Minto's good reputation in general from what i'm hearing from colleagues. Pretty much all the small issues I had during the first year were fixed fairly quickly due to the excellent response from the mastercare team and the construction of the house is decent. I just wish Minto would offer more flexibility when you purchase the house pre-construction in terms of options, models and plans. However the neighborhood where I live is fantastic and quiet. Mattamy and Claridges been their main competitors are awful builders with all the horror stories I've heard so if you're on a small budget, don't bother and go straight to Minto!

I would like to thank Peter and Adam from the Orleans sales center for giving us the worst service ever. Ive never seen such horrible service experience. Since the service was so horrible we decided to go look at other builders and we have had the best service ever at Tamarak homes. We will now be proud owners of a Tamarak home.
