Do yourself a favour and don't buy from Minto.. after changing possession date 4 times, they still couldn't deliver a good build.. too many items to list here... trying to get them to fix shoddy work is like trying to pull teeth...

NO STARS. Worst customer service. After booking multiple appointments for repairs, we've experienced no shows, work orders sent to wrong workers, constant miscommunication and more. I've had to contact companies personally because mastercare employees won't get back to me. What an awful experience for all first time home buyers.

0 stars. Worst builder ever. This is my third home ,first with Minto, never again. So many things going wrong, it's a nightmare for us. In summary, THEY DON'T CARE.

They make promises that can't be kept. Customers have to keep reminding them of the work to be done...no respect for the customer
