These people built what was supposed to be my elderly parents dream home. It was the worst decision they ever made! The roof leaked, water came in through the electrical sockets, the foundation wasn't laid properly and one outside corner was 6 inches lower than the centre of the basement, the outer siding wasn't installed properly... I spent years watching my parents who for the entirety of my life were loving and kind to each other fight over the decision to buy this house. They spent three years fighting with quality homes in order to try to get them to fix all the mistakes they made before giving up. My 73 year old father spent months grinding down concrete at the centre of the basement while using concrete leveler on the other edges just so that the floor was level enough for him to install flooring. Every aspect of this home used the absolute lowest quality materials. If you want to purchase a home, please do yourself a favour and go with anyone else.

Nice place

Jul 18, 2016
The receptionist does what she can to hold the place together but there is only one person who can answer any questions , the sales rep. Who is always busy, in fact I think they love telling people how busy she is, over and over again. After 2 visits and still unable to get any answers we decided to go somewhere else. Their product seems a bit over priced but nice enough, but the customer service is a C- at best. What a waste of time.
