We value the opinions and experiences of all our homeowners as we seek to provide the best service that we can in extremely difficult times. We do not recognize your name as a homeowner that has purchased one of our homes or one we have recently provided service for. We take all concerns very seriously so please email our Human Resources Manager at HR@Hnhomes.com and provide more detail and your contact information so we may address your concerns in a fair and respectful manner to everyone involved. Respectfully, HN Homes

Excellent design and fantastic people to work with! Very professional and accommodating. The only thing is they don’t offer any design centre bonus like other builders. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased an HN home and have been nothing but impressed with the service we have received so far. Their communication is always quick and always meets the needs of the home owners. I would highly recommend HN, as you are dealing with professional and modern home builders.

Purchased an HN home in the Cowan's Grove development, and my experience to date has been amazing. From dealing with the sales representative, to dealing with our New Home Coordinator, the experience has been nothing much professional and easy! I highly recommend taking a look at HN Homes!

Not exactly a builder. HNHomes is a marketing agency, spending more time and $ on Ads and cleaning the internet from negative reviews. They are targeting foreign investors from far away. They have a strong relationship with the Quebec constriction industry and you need to follow the Italian Omertà code of silence if you don’t want to . Please remember, the “builder” words have no value if is not in contract, Tarion cannot help you.

I have an Urbandale home and I was planning to invest in a new HNHomes home. After walking in the HNHomes model houses, I realize HNHomes is not my style. They don’t build family houses, everything is more office like or like “Amsterdam red” style. You can get more about this style searching “Amsterdam red” on google images. In my neighborhood we have few HNHomes with many windows which have no privacy. From the second floor you can see everything in my neighbor living room and dining room when he is enjoying the sun. Around the model houses there is no fence, however a fence will only add some privacy for people on side walk. After a small talk with one of the HNHomes owners, I found that he is paying 700$ more than me per year to keep the house at 68 during the winter and at 75 during the summer months. This is normal because Energy Star–rated windows typically hold an R-value of 3
