Their after sale service is the worst. Started back in 2014 when we rented a condo. The day of possession the condo was not ready and dirty with dust. The representative had to hire a third party company to clean it while we were waiting to move in with the truck full of our furniture.. we waited two hours. When we got in the condo we noticed that a lot of things were not finished as they were in construction holidays. I had to complain several times for them to come fix it and it took them two months to finish the condo. And I was pregnant while going through this stress I wanted everything to be perfect before my baby comes. We were on a rent to own. The representative assured us that by doing a rent to own we wouldn't be stuck buying the condo that we could upgrade to buying a house if we wanted to. So that is what we did. In 2018 we decided to buy a house with them despite everything that had happened. It was our only option since we already had a downpayment with them. If I knew I would have never signed the contract with them. So we decided to buy a house with then in 2018 and now we are having some issues with the ceiling leaking and toilets clogging all the time. We have tried for several month now to get in touch with someone and nobody answers. We have sent emails, we called. There are no follow ups. It has been since june that we moved in and we are now in October. All that's left to do is to involve lawyers and send them a notice to fix it and pay us compensation. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. BE AWARE

M'examinant de la tête aux pieds, supposant que j'étais étudiante, et partant du principe que j'avais besoin d'un colocataire pour payer le loyer. Aucunes excuses pour ce type de comportement. March 18th 2017: I got a condescend salesman (Laurier Drolet), most likely racist. Scrutinizing me from head to toes, assuming I was student, assuming I needed a roommate to pay the rent. No excuse for that type of behavior. ___________ Entre-temps, en février 2018, j'ai vu une publicité pour le 460 Saint-Laurent à Ottawa; J'ai décidé de donner une nouvelle chance à Brigil, car le projet semblait parfaitement correspondre à mes besoins. J'ai rencontré une autre conseillère commerciale, Céline Vezina. Mon expérience avec elle fut très cordiale et professionnelle. J'ai alors décidé d’appliquer pour un appartement. Ma demande a été approuvée. J'attendais avec impatience les prochaines étapes et ceci (ci-dessous) est arrivé. In the meantime, in Feb. 2018, I was looking around and saw an ad for 460 Saint-Laurent in Ottawa; I decided to give Brigil another chance hoping, as the project seemed to be a perfect fit with my needs. I met with another sales consultant, Céline Vezina. My experience with her was nothing but cordial and professional. I then decided to apply for an apartment. My application was approved; I was looking forward to the next steps and this (below) happened. ___________ March 29 2018(a year later), I received this from the salesman: "Notre dernier échange de courriel ces déroulés le 18 mars 2017. J’ai constaté que vous avez inscrit des commentaires désobligeant à mon égard (environ 3 mois) sur Google Avis. D’abord, sachez que tous les clients doivent être qualifié lors d’un rendez-vous. Or, ce processus impliquent des questions afin de déterminer votre capacité d’achat ou de loué. Ainsi, je m’en excuse si ceux-ci vous ont offusqué!? Cependant, vos préjugés tout a fait gratuit et vos propos totalement faux n’ont pas raison d’être. La diffamation sur les réseaux sociaux n’est pas à prendre à la légère…J’apprécierais et je vous invite donc à retirer vos commentaire disgracieux sur ce site en question." _______ Inutile de dire que je ne ferais plus affaires avec Brigil. Needless to say that I will not pursue business with Brigil.
