My husband and I bought a house at Bridgewater in September 2017. It was 1 1/2 years old and I'm so disappointed in the builder's workmanship and quality. Examples: one coat of FLAT paint on all walls (it rubs off if you brush against it), refrigerator freezer is shot, clothes dryer had to be replaced, wood floors are beginning to warp (neighbor had to replaces his after 2 years), exterior vinyl is not flush in many areas, and many more problems for a house this new. Of course, any warranty has expired on any of my concerns. At one time Del Webb was quality, not any more. Update 09/10/18 This is a nightmare. The driveway has cracked and chipped and is in need of replacement. My husband hears a bearing in the furnace that's going bad. My advice, drive through Bridgewater one day, go up and down a few streets and if you do not see a repair truck of some kind, i.e., heating and cooling, a window company, etc. just come back the next day and you will. To Donna Sudak (review below) Sure, the grounds are manicured, but do you live at Bridgewater or just work at the clubhouse?

Very poor onsite management for Pulte builder. Ciarra and her team are very dismissive of planning, process and vendor management. Pulte here as builder sells very low quality housing for the price. Ongoing construction issues with new properties and contracted vendors. Total lack of oversight or reasonable effort by Pulte management onsite to respond and react. BUYER BEWARE

I have been employed at Bridgewater by Del Webb for nearly 11 years working in various positions. In those 11 years I have watched the community as it first began to flourish into the community it has become today. The residents are amazing and enjoy being involved with the lifestyle Bridgewater offers. The amenities here at Bridgewater are state of the art and upper management, as well as, all my team members are wonderful to work with. No matter what the season, Bridgewater always offers a beautiful scenic view unlike any other community in South East Michigan. This is by far one of the very best jobs I have ever had and I am so very blessed to work in such a beautiful environment.
