My husband and I bought a house at Bridgewater in September 2017. It was 1 1/2 years old and I'm so disappointed in the builder's workmanship and quality. Examples: one coat of FLAT paint on all walls (it rubs off if you brush against it), refrigerator freezer is shot, clothes dryer had to be replaced, wood floors are beginning to warp (neighbor had to replaces his after 2 years), exterior vinyl is not flush in many areas, and many more problems for a house this new. Of course, any warranty has expired on any of my concerns. At one time Del Webb was quality, not any more.
Update 09/10/18
This is a nightmare. The driveway has cracked and chipped and is in need of replacement. My husband hears a bearing in the furnace that's going bad. My advice, drive through Bridgewater one day, go up and down a few streets and if you do not see a repair truck of some kind, i.e., heating and cooling, a window company, etc. just come back the next day and you will.
To Donna Sudak (review below) Sure, the grounds are manicured, but do you live at Bridgewater or just work at the clubhouse?
