We have been in our beautiful new Braebury home in Kingston for a week now and are very happy with our choice. The house was completed to our specifications and we closed on our originally scheduled date. Scott Bennett of Realty Source has been fantastic guiding us through the new build process, always quick to respond to our questions / concerns. Steve of Countrywide Kitchens and designer Lindsay were friendly and professional, providing us with valuable insight helping us make selections that fit our style and budget. Rob (Braebury) took us through the inspections and was both knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We were disappointed with having to rent the hot water heater in the end and there are a few minor items to be touched up but overall I would not hesitate to recommend Scott Bennett of Realty Source and the rest of the Braebury team.

I think they’re writing their own positive reviews to drown out the truth! I bought a showcase home in the Milton subdivision built by these morons. Yes it was huge, but that’s it. There was no thought to design elements, they used the cheapest possible materials, the brick at the window sills disintegrated, the window gears stopped working, the roof leaked, etc. The interior was so modular and sterile and designed by an idiot. If you want a home built, get plans from anyone else but these clowns. Then hire an architect and a REAL designer.

My partner and I wanted to downsize and heard about Braebury through a coworker. Thankfully we were able to get a townhome in a newly released phase so we got to customize it and get it to where we wanted. Living in the house has been great so far, Andy their service guy came over in the first month to help out with a couple of door adjustments and Steacy from their office was very responsive and got the tiler back in there to fix a couple issues last week. Great neighbourhood, great house and looking forward to many more years in our new home!

Re; BRAEBURY HOMES (KINGSTON SITE) Just wanted to give a thumbs up for Scott Bennett (Realty Source Inc, Brokerage) and the Builder Braebury Homes he represents out in Kingston. We had helped our Son and his fiancée purchase a house out there and being out of the market for so long in home purchasing, it was ALL new to us once again. Scott, was totally helpful in providing us with direction, keen insights, keeping us updated and following up on ALL Messaging in due time. Never had to chase them for info etc. It was an always a quick email to note us he was on it or would get back to us. Truly a professional, a very approachable and timetabled individual. I have told my family on several occasions that we lucked out meeting and working with Scott. As with the Builder Braebury as you can expect there are minor hiccups here and there...but they are actively involved in all issues, providing good resolutions and working towards keeping us all satisfied on our home purchase. Very satisfied and commendable team at Realty Source and Braebury for offering compensation where things fell short and once again working towards customer appreciation and satisfaction. Thank you very much for making the experience worthwhile and less stressful. Cheers! Have a great 2019 as well!
