Dealing with Brendan and Alair Homes is one of the easiest decisions to make! Not only do they provide great work, but they are also fantastic at keeping me informed and in the loop through out the whole process. I never felt alone or unsure. If you are looking for a great local builder who will take care of you and produce an outstanding product, than look know further than Alair homes. Brendan and Alair homes were great. We have worked with him on a few different occasions and they always seem to be on top of every detail. The way they are able to communicate so well and follow thru with every detail while staying on time is something not easily found these days. We will be happy to use Brendan again in the future!

We have worked with Brendan and could not be happier with how the entire process went. If you are looking to do any renos or a build I would highly recommend Alair. Alair prides themselves on being 100% transparent and as a client it is amazing to be in control of the project and to know right from the design and estimate what costs to expect for the project. We have used Brendan on few different occasions for renovation projects and are continually impressed. The projects are always well organized, on time and very well done.
