When will they finish??

This build has been going on FOREVER! Seriously.... other multiplex's have gone up a hundred times faster and are completed. There seems to be no end in sight with this one. Lots of noise with no results. I'm sick and tired of hearing the construction beepers!!! No kids play area. No street lighting (well very cheap lighting) for the complex. Still have dumpsters and outdoor portable toilets. No landscaping. Very low fences. Stay away. What a joke! What would have happened to these buildings and the people in them if the tornado hit them??! BTW... I had to select at least one star in order to post this. I'd rather have not even given it one star. BUYER BEWARE!!

HUGE SH## HOLE

Lowest of the low quality build going on five years of crappy work. Some being exposed to the elements for a year before windows and doors and siding. Foundation issues from being built on a pond. Attracted low quality people that urinate from balcony. Resell value will most likely fall, new hood of Barrie. Keep your kids away. I fear if there is ever a fire we would be trapped.

I signed under every word of the negative comments. All truth. But, you have to deal with that, and I would like to say THANK YOU TO SALEEM. This Man available at all the time, try to fixed the problems, very polite. He only the person who you can talk and he will try to help you. Saleem you have a very hard job, but the construction will be follow up part without you. Thank you.

Great look for Essa. But unsure of what anyone could be getting themselves into. Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. Products used for inside home (bathtub, toilet, cabinets) are of low quality. Also, be sure to ask about your kitchen layout before purchasing. Final layouts are not as advertised in brochure or on purchase agreement. Poor quality, poor customer service, unprofessional. Will update review if things change...

Do not trust the positive reviews. This built is a complete disaster. Do not trust the pictures either - its also false advertising: there is no double door fridge with water/ice dispansor, no breakfast bar, no pot lights, kitchen cabinets are less then half in size than what they show in the brochure. The list goes on and on. Stay away from buying here and from the builder in the future.

Lots of water damage in units one to 9. Patched them up and sold them anyway. Substandard materials and Kijiji trades. Now building under a new name on the same site. Buyers beware!
