Words cannot describe the level of service we received while purchasing our new home in Aurora from Opus. From the moment we come into the sales office to the time when we got the keys, moved in and were settling in, we were guided and supported every step of the way. They have an amazing team, amazing people in every department. No question or request was ever ignored, no matter how small or insignificant. We are so happy with our home. The quality and attention to detail is impeccable. Just wanted to say thank you!

Our quest for a new home began 3 years ago. While exploring our options, we came across OPUS Homes offering homes in a new subdivision in Aurora. From the day we purchased our home to moving in, our experience with OPUS Homes has been nothing short of excellent. Their customer service and attention to detail throughout this whole process has been second to none. As this is our third brand new build, we are very confident in saying that OPUS has been the best builder we have dealt with. Their very friendly, professional and highly skilled staff was with us every step of the way and the OPUS team always rose above and beyond our expectations. We are SUPER proud to be OPUS homeowners and want to sincerely THANK all the OPUS team for making our dream home come to life. We have bought several homes from Opus and we cannot say enough to thank them for their incredible customer service, professionalism and kindness. Not to mention, the quality of their product is superior. We couldn't be happier! Opus is not your average home builder. Truly, dealing with their team is like dealing with a big family. Everyone made us feel right at home from start to finish. Boy are we lucky to have bought an OPUS Home! Every member of the OPUS Homes team has been a real pleasure to deal with throughout the home buying and building process. And we had the opportunity to meet and get to know a lot of their staff, including the President, Décor Studio Manager, Construction Manager, Client Care Coordinator and Handyman. The most impressive part, I must say, is the after care, once we were in our new home. Just as an example, a few week ago, I emailed OPUS Homes about an issue... within 10 minutes, I get an email back, a call on the phone from the Client Care Coordinator and the Construction Manager knocking at my door. These guys are obsessed with providing great customer service. We don’t have a ton of experience working with other builders, but something tells me, this kind of treatment is rare. I don’t see us moving any time soon, but if I had to buy all over again, OPUS Homes would definitely be my first choice. Thank you OPUS Homes for everything you’ve done for us to give us our dream home!

Right from the get-go, we knew this builder was different. The fair treatment on opening day to honour our position in line made us instantly feel as though we were in good hands. Nearly three years later and now after living in our home for 6 months, that feeling hasn't gone away. In fact, we feel even more taken care of. Kim made our decor appointments so enjoyable and gave us incredible ideas that we appreciate so much, especially now that we're living in the space. Alex and Anthony gave us such a thorough frame walk-through and even gave us options on certain aspects of the home that are usually never presented to the buyer at all. They made our closing day feel so special and taught us about important aspects of running our home. Jimmy thoroughly inspected the home with us for our 30-day Tarion submission and assured us they'd take care of any issues with our home so we never felt worried about a single thing. All of our Tarion items were fixed promptly and professionally. Whenever we have questions or concerns, the OPUS team answers our calls and emails within minutes (literally!). And as the very first people to move in on the street, we've been in a construction zone since the start. All the workers are friendly and accommodating - even honking their backhoe horns for our kids and plowing the snow on our driveway this past winter. And finally, Andrea is professional, caring, down-to-earth, extremely responsive and absolutely superb at what she does. I strongly believe her vision of being a "different builder" is evident from every angle, and will make her and her company very successful for many years to come. Through and through, working with OPUS has been an absolute pleasure. I can't sing your praises enough, everyone! Thank you for everything!
