I'm not sure who victor was talking to, but we actually went through the buying process. The upgrades are all upfront and when going in they have them all on a piece of paper waiting for you? And we have a house now with them. Take that bad review with a grain of salt

This builder real bad . So many mistakes and never come back to fix . Water stain on all stair steps , 2 big holes inside garage wall , upgrade spotlight white - they put in yellow , 2 bathroom shower glass shaking - they should have bracket on the wall with the glass - feeling unsafe - the glass gone break anytime , drywall on main level crack everywhere . They already came and check long time ago .But never see them come back to fix . They just know how to get the money and run away . I never buy anymore house from Zancor again

Cagey builder, Won't provide any info on the costs of upgrades till after you put your deposit down. Then they'll try to tell you that's normal. Think about that before you buy... That means those prices can be whatever they feel like setting them too.. Scary.

Builder will not provide pricing on any extras until after you purchase your home. Extras could be double that of other builders and you are stuck. Thus you are forced to buy their cookie cutter home as is and afterwards pay someone else to rip out counters or trim for example to get what you want. What a cash grab.
