Ignoring the obvious bot reviews that have the same wording and even describing ebikes? But the homes are awful. They look good on paper, but they are so inefficient in the way that they are space planned that the large spaces feel minuscule. For goodness sake, in what world does it make sense to put an island 3 feet from the only sliding door to the backyard that gives less space that the door is wide? More than half the main floor is taken by garage which gives a bowling alley for a kitchen, dining, and living room. Then you go to the quality which is meh. They've been back to make multiple repairs and replce missing pieces years after and the grading was done negligently from the start. The foundation is going mouldy and we had 3 foot holes from water because there was no drainage. Both the front and the back steps have been repaired because they literally sank into the ground or concrete started chipping. They look nice, but these are designed for the bottom line, not for living.

I'd been looking at e-bikes for a while online, but it was only when I went into the Georgian Sands sales centre in Wasaga that I got all the information I needed to make a decision. Mike was great, answering all my questions and helping me to select the right bike for me. I bought one of his Emmo bikes and I am sure that if I have any problems or any further questions, Mike and his wife will be there to answer them.

I can't say enough good things about Chris at the sales centre. He is reliable, knowledgeable and his care for people shows in his passion for what he does. I can't wait to call Georgian Sands home!

Cant say enough good things about this sales centre. I was treated with kindness and respect and everyone was so pleasant to deal with. Great experience. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
