Not business related, but just wanted to give a thanks to your team. Got stuck on December 24th just off of hwy 60. One of your trucks pulled up no questions asked and helped me shovel out and got me back on the road. Never got his name, but if your team all conducts themselves this way they deserve a lot of praise.

If they work like they drive then I don’t recommend! I’ve lost count how many of their trucks have cut me off and today was given the finger after being cut off, again. I get annoyed every time I see one around town now! maybe take the logos off your trucks if you’re all going to drive like a-holes.

Met with Kris to discuss some work for a seasonal residence. He came by to see the property last August and was asked to provide us with an estimate. Now, six months later, we still do not have an estimate. Numerous attempts have been made to contact him. He does not return calls, texts or respond to e-mail. When you try to reach the office you just get the run-around with the staff and Kris always "conveniently out". If he didn't want the work, why can't he just say so? Future potential customers - approach with caution. Communication for any renovation/build is CRITICAL for success. This is a trait clearly missing with Kris and HLD.

Horrible communication, take your money and do the minimum and stop replying when you have issues regarding the work not being completed properly.
