Stateview is currently building my home in Richmond Hill. It will be done come Spring and I am super excited to move in!! If the experience thus far is any indication of the what the house will turn out like, I will be 100 percent satisfied. From day one, when I sat down with their team inside their beautiful office space to sign the papers, to the planning process, to picking my upgrades, and keeping me in the loop with the entire process, Stateview has been amazing and on top of everything. Thank you so much for the experience thus far! The Stateview team has made a very important time/milestone in my life, that much sweeter! I can't wait for the next couple months!

Stateview Homes built my home in 2016 and I have to say that the finishing product was perfect. Not only did they address any items I had on my Tarion form, they went over and above to make sure I was happy. I have had my house built by other builders in the past and to be honest, they didn't give me the attention that Stateview Homes did. I would definitely recommended Stateview Homes to anyone looking for a well built home and great service team. Ashley Dias

ZERO STARS this company is building homes in my neighborhood and the lack of sympathy, respect for other doesn't exits for this builder, they have broken peoples fences, destroyed plants and keep working until later hours where no one is allow to use the backyard for some peace and quite. Very disrespectful, we've complaint to the city and there has been tons of complaints but nothing has been done to correct this. They block the entire street and have no regard for people who live there, their guests, children playing on the street, school buses etc. it’s unsafe for young children to walk on the sidewalk because they have it all destroyed, and they can’t walk on the street- because they block traffic and oncoming cars can’t be seen, just terrible

I am a current homeowner of Stateview Homes and I am so proud to be apart of such an amazing team! They have guided me through all the necessary steps in making sure that my home was built to my standard!! Customer Service department is unbelievable!! They make sure that any issues I am having gets resolved ASAP not like previous builders I have been with that forget about the homeowner and only want our money on closing. I am so happy that I have purchased from Stateview Homes and will 100% recommend them to friends and family.

I have now purchaseed my second homs from stateview, they are so professional and they are very accommodating. They really look into the all the details with a fine tooth comb. I would recommend them to anyone.
