Buyer beware. The contractors they hire to do work for them sucks. Make sure everything is in writing or if something is measure wrong or put in wrong they will say it’s standard and won’t do nothing for you. Quality of work is standard or below standard. My first and last time ever purchasing from them.

Cook homes cleared a small old grove of trees without any permits in order to push a development project in Chicopee area. After they failed to get permits, they just left the plot as is, no rectification, no penalties form the city. This kind of behavior doesn't belong in 2018. Cook homes are not friends of the Kitchener community!

We love our house and havent had major issues. When we did have a basement leak the response time was great and the repair was done within a week!

Cook homes lacks professionalism , low price for the houses is to entrap customer and after that everything is in upgrade, they need some professionals to sell their homes.. service sucks
