My family purchased a home from Coscorp in Winter/Spring of 2017. The builder has been amazing to deal with. They are timely in responding to emails, and very flexible in scheduling any repairs. Of all the builders we have purchased from in the past, they have the best customer service and quality of workmanship. I love the layout of our house and the fact that no space has been wasted. Hoping to purchase from them again in the future.

I will give zero stars, these crooks are her to take your money and if you have any delay in closing house...they jump on your home to FORFEIT your deposit. In today's market other Builders are helping customers in arranging mortgage's and these guys are waiting for an opportunity to grab your home and sell on MLS. Sale and Purchase agreement states for extension you will need to pay 300 per day....but their lawyer charges $600

We have experience buying homes from different builders, so comparably, coscorp is actually one of the good ones. We are very satisfied with the quality of work put into our home. Although they delayed the closing 3 times, it wasn’t as bad as other builders. They fixed outstanding items within a coupe of weeks after the initial PDI and that’s a really good sign. Customer service is also very good!

So far everything has been great with this company and I applaud their customer service. Hopefully my opinion remains constant for the months to come but most of our issues have been addressed quickly.
