Dave is the consummate professional. He is honest, transparent and very responsive to his clients. He truly is invested in all his projects, taking personal pride in each one - this is also reflective of the team of trades and industry people he has amassed for each project, ensuring a seamless and thoughtful process. In our own project, he was our advocate and our conscience when it came to making sure the process was running smoothly and keeping us on budget. His work is impeccable and he goes above and beyond and NEVER cuts corners. I would recommend his renovation and building services for the discriminating client who takes pride in his/her home. You won't go wrong with Dave.

My husband and I were very impressed with Dave and his entire crew. From demolition of an existing house through to completion of our new bungalow Dave was able to interpret our vision and worked with us to ensure every detail. We were thankful for his expertise and guidance throughout the project. Details such as trim profile, size and quality of interior doors to Windows and exterior stone choices, it was Dave's insight and knowledge of materials that helped us to make the right choices. His contractors were not only a delight to deal with, but their workmanship is top quality. The entire project came in on-time and on budget. I wouldn't hesitate to use DB Custom Homes for any project.

Dave was an excellent guy to work with. He is organized, on time and communicates clearly about what to expect, when the work will be done and how best to achieve the results you want. Dave also works with contractors who share his attitude to the job. We always knew what to expect from Dave, and what we got was outstanding. We have recommended Dave to friends and they all agree that Dave is the guy to get to build your home.

We could not have asked for a better, more enjoyable experience from beginning to end. DB Custom Homes is an exceptional home builder on every level. Dave and his crew are absolutely everything you want in a custom home builder; smart, honest, reliable, transparent, excellent communicators and more importantly, great listeners. They always choose to do the right thing. If we were to do it all over again, without question, we would choose DB Custom Homes.
