Horrible Experience, Never Buying Low Quality Homes from them.

Absolutely horrible experience. The quality of construction is super low with pipes and toilets overflowing and this staff members will simply disappear once the sales is made. Such a waste of money and time. Not Recommended AT ALL.

I purchased my house in April 2012, and had Margaret as a Sales Rep. She was VERY good at explaining all the options we could have in a new home and which are upgrades and which come with the home. She was respectful with our budget, and did not try to oversell the place so we would be coming in over budget. I find that way too many people these days expect too much from a builders with respect to getting "deals" so then when they are explaining that they cannot give them, they already have their backs up from the beginning. With respect the deposits - she does help you out by explaining that you should put the deposit down early so other people can come and claim your lot... She is not by any means trying to PUSH you into a deal. They do not cash these deposits, you get them back when you actually go ahead with the deal and prepare the agreement. Once it is firm, you deposit your cheques. I do not agree with the comments about her being "pushy" as she is trying to help the home owner in the end, and is willing to do what she can to HELP you get the home of your dreams. She is always willing to come in early with people to pick colours, and stay late when people show up at 7:30pm on a weeknight. These homes are very affordable in this area, and I would recommend purchasing a home through Tice River, as for us, we will be building another in the future!

My husband and I recently bought a new home from Tice River Homes. This was our first brand new home purchase and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. The customer service has been top notch. Margaret Wood, Sales Rep was very helpful, knowledgable and went out of her way to meet with us outside of her normal work hours to assist us through the purchase process. This outstanding service continued with Margaret throughout the selection process. We were just as impressed with the service and attention we received from Tony, Site Manager. He patiently answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns in a timely fashion. We love our Tice River Home!

We purchased our Tice River Home over two years ago and still love our home as much as the day we moved in! Excellent quality in a perfect location! I would highly recommend this builder to anyone.
