If you decide to hire this builder, be prepared to either fix everything yourself, fight for the repairs, or go through Tarion. It is best to go through Tarion. Poor communication, poor quality, poor scheduling, overall poor workmanship. They are not real home builders, just a bunch of incompetent paper pushers; I had to fix many of their attempted repairs myself. Most repairs attempted by them would take multiple visits, and sometimes they won’t even show up (typically provides 10min warning for no show). I moved in since October 2020 (with delayed closing), till this day, I do not have a driveway, walkway, or sod; the house has been sitting here unfinished since. My street has been left untouched, my neighbours are upset and mentally broken down due to this builder’s business ethics. They are extremely unorganized, so keep a paper trail of all communication because they will screw you if you’re not careful. I would not recommend them. Only buy if you are in love with the neighborhood, lot, or location, be prepared for a ride if you are in contract with them!

Friends purchased a property and every sink leaked when the water valves were turned on. It was poorly done (not 1 sink but all 3 installed) when asked to compensate it was refused. Be careful when building with them on their quality. This might be minor to them but to a new buyer moving in during Covid it is a nightmare. It isn’t even as though they can use 1 of the 3 sinks all are leaking. Disappointed is an understatement.

Most pathetic peple to deal with.

We have built a few times with a few different builders and Pat was by far the best. Pat himself is very personable and responsive, going above and beyond to talk to us personally , making sure we were on the same page. He is also fair, charging fair prices for upgrades and allowing us to bring in some of our own fixtures. His project manager was also amazing, on top on everything and great at communicating changes and timelines. Super impressed with the overall experience and would definitely build with him again.
