Lazy builders who cut corners. Just these 3 photos should tell you all you need to know about their workmanship. I could go on to list many other issues with the new build

Bought in Bowmanville. Tons of cut corners, rushed work and remaining problems. For instance, walls that aren't even straight, hardwood flooring with gaps, doors that don't fit frames right and so don't close properly, and shabby paint jobs with paint spill on windows and other parts of the home that shouldn't be there. For the kind of money they charge, you'd figure they'd hire workers who aren't just rushing to get as many houses done to make as much money as possible. Don't recommend.

Had an amazing experience with Delpark Homes!! We bought a house from them Lot 4 at Eastmore Village and are satisfied with the quality. Customer service is very repsonsive!!

I was very impressed with the post sales support in particularly from Samantha French who walked through the PDI with us during the home inspection. She help inspected many things for us beyond what I would have considered verifying. Ken at Eastmore site Lot 11-2

Very bad customer service. Looks like customer service guys have full authority and there is no other leadership. Very poor workmanship. Had worst experience with Delpark. Now I need to reach-out to my lawyer to check for my options. I would give 0 starts if there is an option.
