Great project management team to work with. Everyone from the CedarCoast Crew to the trades on site are knowledgeable, helpful with ample attention to detail.

Horrible company, I was part of Gallo island disaster. Everything framed incorrectly. 2 or 3 subcontracted framing crew while I was there . Just butchered this place but I think the Galllos or whoever owns that place better line up with another lawsuit . Cedar coast unorganized bunch of amateurs trying to take unsuspecting customers money then put everyone through hell. I would never use this company. Bert Bongers a rel sheister . Yes Don’t give this company your money call another qualified home builder like tamarack. FAKE REVIEWS!!I was there for the Gallo island night mare . Maybe mr Gallo himself should read this and comment on what really went on on Gallo’s island. Everything out of square , framed wrong from start to finish . How’s many trades , where fired And quit during the job Bert? This project was a complete disaster,2million dollar waste of money as far as I’m concerned. The only thing fake about the reviews is the 5 star rating you give yourself!! Stay far away from this company. And if the true owner of gallo island wants more info we can give he or she whatever info they need on that disaster. We have documented events and photos of the lawsuit coming against Mr Bongers .Also Admitted by their own project manager Ben himself on what a disaster that place turned out . So how’s that for fake Bert !! And real customers .Ask the gallos what they think of cedar coast homes .Theres a real review ya !! Your “stellar” reputation is your own fake review. I don’t know what more can be stated about your company other than STAY AWAY. Your 5 star reputation comes only from your own status of reputation it is by no means the reflection of your company. Just trying to save face. CHR Roofing is a reputable company and you can ask our customers in regards to our service and workmanship. This is pure slander. I apologize on your behalf for withholding payment from us due to your erroneous and multiple excuses to save a buck. Here are photos you requested.

We where extremely dissatisfied in the poor quality of material & workmanship this company used on our new home at gallos island near port loring Ontario. Everything Bert Bongers and his company did here was unlevel out of square & fired & rehired multiple subcontractors who only made things worst . In the end we had to hire another company to come finish this nightmare they’ve created . A lawsuit coming against this company! A definite 2 thumbs down in this builder . . I would not recommend this company.BEWARE OF CEDAR COAST HOMES

i can echo Char STar's comment My wife & I are currently working on a lawsuit against Cedar Coast homes and the infamous Bert Bongers. This company is a joke. Broken timelines, continuously being misinformed, my wife was admitted to the HOSPITAL with SEVERE PANIC ATTACKS after dealing with this excuse for a company. We also have a cottage near Gallos Island that we mistakenly chose this "professional" company to construct and perform repairs on. NOTHING BUT HEADACHES. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM CEDAR COAST HOMES, FOLKS!!!!!!!!! I WOULDN'T WISH THIS EXPERIENCE ON ANYONE! I have a few professional contractors as friends and they used a few choice words to describe the atrocity this company committed to our cottage, our mental health, and in general. HEED MY WARNING RESPONSE TO OWNER: I suppose $2.6 million of my hard earned money doesn't satisfy you to label me a "customer"? I'm sure I'm not the only one whose been weaseled out of this kind of cash. If you'll do it to us you'll do it with anyone. Constant nickel and diming. With that kind of $$$ we expected a high-end, professional company and received the exact opposite. If you haven't already, you will be hearing from our legal team shortly. This scam of yours has to stop before more decent people get pilfered out of their savings, expecting a good experience. a GREAT experience actually for that price but dealing with you was far from even "good". I wouldn't even expect this lack of professionalism from the 14 year old pumping gas down the street.
