Summit Park Great Purchase Experience @ Summit Park Aldo De Santis Reference Summit Park - Greetings Sales Team, We have taken this timeout to provide our feedback on our journey with Aldo De Santis, Bellagio Village / Summit Park. As soon as we entered the Sales Office back in October 2014 viewing all the housing floor plans and elevations we had the opportunity to meet the team Tony, Maria and Debbie; we felt very at home, relaxed and very excited about the house voyage that we were about to commence. After many visits and contemplating other choices of homes and the different elevations – we settled on the Amberly and what a great choice this home elevation ‘B’ has proven to be. We are in our new home (3-4 months now) and every day I come home; I get that wow!! comforting feeling; tis home tis ours tis the season . Our experience working with all the different teams from sales, décor, marketing, legal, communications and of course our thanks to David De Santis. This has been a very rewarding and enriching to see the home from the sales office as a floor plan; to following the build, growth and coming together of our home as it went through all the different stages of building a quality home by Aldo De Santis. On many occasions we would stop into the sales office and go visit the home while it was being built – on each occasion we were splendidly impressed and excited to see the attention to detail and workmanship that goes into these gorgeous homes. The team at the sales office has for the past 24 months made us feel very much at home every time we entered – even just for a chat and any questions related to the property. As we were introduced to the décor phase – it was great to put the extra touches and upgrades that have allowed us to uniquely tailor our home with some nice upgrades and touches. Our consultant Carly and Nicole were very patient and offered some really great suggestions, ideas and very mindful of our direction and lifestyle that we seek in our new home. A very enjoyable experience that took time but was well worth the investment. Throughout this journey of ours we felt that Aldo De Santis/Multi-Area Developments provide great value for money, they build a great home and product, they kept us posted on all the important components of the journey and the model homes, together with the website and reviews really made us feel that we had a good investment that we can be very proud of ourselves. You drive around some of the early phases 5-8 years old and you marvel at the depth of quality, build, structure and homes that look very new and solid. Special note to David De Santis and the complete team for the extra mile that Summit Park went to make your home real. Compliments to all the teams pre-and post-moving in – we are very happy with our home and treasure the years to come seeing the growth of the neighbourhood and our family and new friends. Note – I have bought a few homes over the years with different builders but none comes this close to making your feel that you have a custom built home that is yours. p.s. we love our home ‘Our Castle’ on the mountain of Hamilton Regards Kevin & Charmaine [Hidden Ridge Crescent]
