Lived in a condo built by ADI. It has been nothing but DELAYED. They do not have customer service; for the most, customer DISSERVICE. They have only a few respectable stakeholders. Their property service contractor Over Promise, Under Deliver. Poor quality place and service overall.

World class service all the way! Just moved into Link Condos + Lofts and our suite was impeccable! Thank you to the Adi team for being so courteous and informative every step of the way during and after the buying process. The sales and customer service staff are knowledgeable and respond to any inquiries with prompt follow up! It was our first condo purchase as an investment, and happy to say we had multiple offers from tenants to rent our suite. Had an amazing experience at every stage. Not to mention we paid less than one month of occupancy fees and we are registering the condo! super happy with our purchase and highly recommend Adi!

Incredible customer service from a member in particular, Carol. Always takes your calls and gets back to you if they're not answered immediately. Completely professional and proactive. Leaves you feeling confident that you're well taken care of. Thank you Carol.

[Update March 8, 2019] did get their attention and some serious effort to address heating issue: a new return vent added and thermostat relocated, though still need one more vent at the back of kitchen. But, looks like the company is listening and trying as well. For that, I upgraded the company by 1 star and will keep monitoring and updating. Bought a loft unit of Link2 (Dundas and Sutton corner in Burlington) in Apr 2016, and moved in in July, 2018, and had encountered quite a few very unpleasant surprises. To be fair, Elizabeth has been trying her best to communicate and coordinate the service requests and complaints, and once I even got a response letter from Mr. Adi directly about maintenance fee, but some fundamental issues remain unresolved. Something good first: nice location and interesting concept/design: look forward for the amenities once they are finished: hopefully before summer (i.e., about 1 year from our move-in). Besides the issues (like delay and finish, and the pace of servicing) brought up by other buyers, I want to raise 3 other major things that really bother us. The 1st issue is the heating for loft units. Heating system was badly designed for most loft units and the 1st floor is very cold (about 10 degree lower than the thermostat, which is set 25 degree!!!). That is after they added insulation to thermostat, and after they opened a vent that was incorrectly sealed off by dry wall workers. It is primarily a design issue and all the 1st floor heating are in the front section, which is open above and we end up with no heating in the main living area on the 1st floor. And thermostat shall be placed away from the heating source as well. The 2nd thing is the the misleading sales practice: we were told maintenance fee (MF) is fixed as $399.95 for our unit but they never intended to be serious about that and the fee shot up to $634.80 (excluding locker for comparison purpose), a 58.72% increase in just 27 months. Mr. Adi explained the reason behind the increase but never bothered explaining why the it was presented as fixed to $399.95 during the sale and nor accounted the increase magnitude, even with all the factors he quoted. The 3rd thing is the property tax charged for the initial move-in period: about 1.5% of the property value, ways above the normal around 0.8% in Burlington. They promised to adjust it, but why would they started with such a high number at the 1st place??? All in all, the developer is greedy: think I can use that word, and is inexperienced with design/construction as well, though they got some good concept/idea: home building and doing business is much more than that. And think we will definitely want to bring that matter to Tarion and other governing bodies and hope the existing owners can join me, and potential buyers take a note: I know Adi is still actively developing some other projects in the area.

The ADI customer service team is absolutely wonderful. Mubeen and Elizabeth have always been available to listen and assist with any concerns or issues that may arise. In my opinion the overall quality of construction that ADI puts into their developments is second to none. I recommend ADI and their developments to everyone that i know, and will continue to do so.
