Disappointing

I would not recommend this condo builder due to the poor quality of the workmanship and materials. Poor communication and not properly addressing Tarion warrantied deficiencies has made our condo purchase very regrettable.

If you want to know how good a company is. just look at which reviews they respond to. This company responds to reviews that are favorable and ignores the ones that criticise them. That is not a good indicator.

This development looks like it has very good amenities and is in a perfect location. It's in the heart of Burlington. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. Good access to public transit and Lakeshore. In addition, I believe that the growth in the area will make this a great investment.

Our family really likes Burlington. We wanted to move to a pretty neighbourhood, we came across Carriage Gate Homes. They were extremely nice and polite. We are really liking what they have to offer so far.

My husband and I visited Carriagegate Homes to look for a Condo. During the time we spent there the Staff treated us courteously and provided the information we needed. They were truly professional and we were happy with our visit.

We visited Gallery Condos Burlington to explore the possibilities of buying a condo. The staff at the Sales Centre were professional and caring. They provided all the details that I needed for making an informed decision. Anjana
