Don't have the time to write all the problems. To list just a FEW: wrong colour bathroom vanities installed, wrong tile in guest bathroom installed, we wanted a larger sized kitchen cabinets, waited over 2 years for some screens, waited over 18 months for the fireplace to be PROPERLY installed, large crack in foundation the first 12 months, cracks going through the motor and bricks, and 3 rooms without ceiling fixtures. Getting a hold of the builder to rectify above issues is ABSOLUTELY impossible. The only way to reach him is to run after him when you see him. One house on my street is waiting still after almost 5 years to have his outdoor trim painted. The list goes on, and we were the lucky ones around here. Our neighbour has over 170 issues with their home that are not resolved. Personally, I would never feel comfortable recommending Toscani for any build. Would never buy one in the future. There are a ton of other builders who build gorgeous homes for the same money. Toscani homes really are pretty boring inside. We gutted our whole first floor. When installing a bathroom in the basement, our contractor found that Toscani only put a 2 inch concrete floor, so with the weight of the house, our basement floor started to show very large and deep cracks. Also, the wrong sized piping was used to carry out water to the city. The grading is so bad that we get numerous flooded areas even with a little rain. Talking to my neighbours around here, NOT ONE PERSON is happy with their home, and ALL have needed extra work. Save time, effort and sanity and buy from a different builder. But that's just my opinion. I could keep on going on, but I think you get the picture.

Moved into a toscani built house when it was only 6 years old, so far we have come to the realization that our house is very very poorly built! I have had multiple people who have worked closely with toscani or know their building technics and says they are the cheapest, most butchered builder they have ever seen. Which is very believable considering all of the issues with this house including the insulation, windows, siding/roof, floors not being properly screwed in, cracked foundation at 6 years old!!! (neighbours have had leaks ALREADY) would never ever recommend this builder... especially since I have seen his "new builds" around the corner from me and they have been there unfinished for maybe 4 years now? Clearly it's a challenge to finish a project so buyer beware!
