We bought a Breymark Home in Feb 2016 & closed on time in Dec 2016. From the time of signing papers Brett & his team made it clear that they wanted us to love our home and they were committed to customizing it to suit us. For example, I made an off hand comment that I wish the floor plan had one minor difference in laundry location, Breymark said “so let’s change it!” & they made this accommodation at a very reasonable cost. I didn’t love the counter top samples and I had my heart set on quartz. No problem, they went out and got 3 samples of quartz for us to choose from. They suggested we purchase appliances by a certain date so they could make sure the cabinets fit exactly and look more custom. I get many compliments on my kitchen! Also, when we took possession a little over a year ago we were so pleasantly surprised with the high quality on builder grade fixtures provided for items we didn’t upgrade. Bathroom lighting for example, we chose standard - and honestly they are nicer than some builders upgrades. We love our home and most importantly we value the very strong relationship we have built with the Breymark team, especially Brett & Jeff. I can call, text or email either of them and I always get my questions answered or any action I need taken with a sense of urgency. In talking to our neighbours, they feel the same. Thanks Breymark!

We built a home with Breymark homes last year and it was an incredible experience. We have built several homes in the past and this was our first experience with a builder who was actually a part of the process. Brett took the time to meet with us throughout the process. From signing the paperwork, going over colour selections and anytime we wanted to walk through the home while it was being constructed he was there. Admittedly we made some changes during the building period and Brett and his team accommodated these requests. At the end we have a gorgeous home with quality evident throughout. Our friends have been so impressed they too are thinking of building with Breymark. I would not hesitate to recommend this builder!!!

We recently had Breymark Homes build our very first home for us and the experience was amazing! Every interaction we had with them was warm & friendly. Jeff (site super), Brett (owner), and every contractor we encountered made us feel comfortable throughout the whole building experience. We ended up with a BEAUTIFUL home at the end of it. Their attention to detail is incredible!! We could not be happier with our experience and our choice to have Breymark Homes build our very first home!!

Moved into a brand new Breymark homes townhouse. The townhouse is beautifully designed, however the quality is lacking. 2 days after moving in, there was water leaking from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling into the light in the dining room and dripping onto my 300 year old dining table. Also, in the second upstairs bathroom, hot and cold were reversed on the shower. They sent a plumber within a day, who had to cut a wall in the bedroom to discover a leak in the supply line to the bathtub. Obviously plumbing was never properly tested, and I am unsure as to how this townhouse passed building inspection. 3 of 4 lightbulbs burned out in basement in first 4 weeks living here. When I went to replace them today I found all the white plates were not screwed in place and when I went to unscrew the bulb, the bulb base came away from the box. One bulb was not burned out, but has intermittent connection. Again, not sure how this townhouse passed hydro inspection. Just waiting to see what happens next....

Worst first home experience. We visited the model home on Wedgewood Dr. In March 2016. We were promised a move in date of August and then it unfortunately moved to September because Brett was so behind. We drove down to Woodstock several times throughout the week to see the progress of the home and we had to point out several issues with the home before it was even built. We finally got our walk through date and when we got there... the house wasn't even cleaned! While doing our final walk through, there were cleaning ladies cleaning the house. Our counter top in the main floor bathroom is not the one we had picked out and Brett tried to play it off as though we had ordered that one. The brick work was sub-par and extremely sloppy by the window sills. The yard was NOT graded properly whatsoever and we constantly had a pool of water in our side yard due to this. We couldn't even mow the lawn in this area. We were told that we would receive grass before winter and that was a no go. We didn't receive grass until late spring as well and there was no heads up on the day they were coming. They showed up on a Friday before a long weekend.. new sod has to be watered several times a day for proper growth and we were gone for the weekend. We had to have family members come by to water our grass while we were gone so the new sod didn't die. The tubs in the bathrooms made cracking noises and bent on the bottom, there was a large hole in the tile in the main bath shower... the list goes on of things that went wrong with this house. Brett does not know how to handle customer service and puts everything on his right hand guy Jeff. I think Jeff was the only good thing about this company. Brett and his wife play this role of "You're family when you buy a house from Breymark" But really they just want to build you the most cookie cutter house and walk away. We spoke to several neighbours and no one was happy with the result of there home and several even chose to sell and move because the amount of stress and problems they had with there home. I would never recommend Breymark as a builder and I would strongly steer anyone away from using this company.
