i had 2 friends who recommended Atlantis to me (my wife and i loved their homes) so I went right along with their builders at Atlantis (shane and everyone there) because we loved them so much! My kids love the add-on playroom. I dig our finished basement. I hope that this can be our forever home. If not, we'll just build with you guys again!

This will be my 3rd time buying a home, but my first time building it, and I'm really glad I chose Atlantis! Shane helped us put together the home of our dreams (trust me, we asked for a lot and he delivered!) I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Atlantis if you're in Michigan. These guys know what they're doing, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Thank you all for all the hardwork. –Rebecca J.

Absolutely shameful planning on a 4 acre home site! This builder couldn't figure out how to put a house in without cutting down an oak tree that had been there for HUNDREDS of years and that the homeowner wanted to save. Pathetic planning. And, pretty shoddy workmanship on building the actual house, too. I wouldn't hire them to build a dog house.

The negative review is not associated with an Atlantis Homes build project but a sister company of Atlantis Homes. Furthermore, it wasn't the builders decision to take down the large tree but a requirement of the utility company. Ironically, the individual complaining about the tree coming down wouldn't grant the homeowner a utility easement which resulted in the tree removal. Thanks for reading.
