Seemed sketchy and looked too good to be true. Development was supposed to be ready in 18 months and we visited last year. Only 70% sold when any other development has been sold out in days. We just walked by today and there is still no sign of any construction starting, not even digging. Just super over grown and an eyesore for the neighborhood. If you arent going to build sell it to someone who will! Glad we did not put a deposit here!!

When will construction begin? I heard from the town that a building permit was available almost 4 years ago but was never picked up. Is this not going to be built?

Amazing customer service, great location and priced great for the area! I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a low rise in a well developed area. Can't wait to see how it all comes together!

Nice layouts. However when will construction begin?

Only one salesperson on duty. Builder was not open to modifications or negotiation. Couldn't get a clear answer on how much of the project was sold to get an idea of when the project would start. We were told it would be ready in 12-18 months which seemed impossible given they hadn't started digging yet and that the project sales office had been open for months and they still weren't 70% sold.
