Worst builder ever!! we booked our town house in the River Run community Ajax. It’s a 3 bedroom town house but one one the rooms has a major defect it has structural/ insulation issues and I believe was rushed in due to closing dates. Since the first day we moved in the room has issues, it has been 2 yrs now! It’s not the room over garage but it’s extremely cold during winter time (walls feel frozen) and extremely hot during summer days. It was suppose to be my 4 yr old son’s room but it’s useless for us as due to extreme temperatures in the room he can’t sleep in it. We need to use heaters/extra fans in the room and this room’s temperature is totally different from the rest of the house temperature. I have complained several times to the builder’s customer service but have gotten lame answers and temporary fix to the problem. We were planning to upsize to a detach home but will be never buying from this builder again. So so disappointed!! Be aware Please do not buy from this builder!

Please buy a house from any builder but not Esquire homes. You will be very dissapointed, there is nothing good to say about this builder. This builder doesn't know the meaning of customer satisfaction or quality. Experience is very similar to someone already mention. It appears rushed and messy work. The workmanship is very very poor. The customer service very poor. All they care about is how to take money from you. The tiles that they use as a basic tiles , you cannot even find them anymore anywhere because no builders use them because very cheap. some stuff that they use , you can find them in dollar store. That how much cheap is this builder. The lady at design center well trained to get money off you. Even this builder don"t provide regular simple light switch everyone provide which is an upgrade for them. There is so much to say, i can go on and on about this builder. we have been through so much. Please think twice. This builder doesn't even deserve 1star.

I would recommend Esquire homes as your New Home builder. I personally purchased 2 homes from this builder and i am very pleased with the service i received from the staff at Esquire Homes. Any service issues were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Both my homes were built with quality workmanship, exceptional finishes and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Esquire Homes if you are looking for a new home builder in the future.

My wife and I purchased and closed our second house in March 2017 and we couldn’t be happier. From the point of purchase to our décor appointment, the staff at Esquire we’re extremely helpful every step of the way. Once we closed our home there were minor deficiencies, as in most new builds, and the Esquire customer service team was prompt to ensure these were fixed immediately. Purchasing a new house can sometimes be daunting but not with Esquire – they truly made this a wonderful experience. Our house is now a home all thanks to Esquire.

For as long as my husband and I have been married we always dreamed about building our own home. We were fortunate to meet Michael thru our facility, just at the right time. Esquire Homes made the entire process flawless. Nicholas was extremely helpful and easy to work with you. I would highly recommend Esquire Homes!
