I moved into my new house in January of 2025 and I have had a wonderful experience with Esquire Homes. The quality of the construction is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows throughout the home. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed a bit of follow-up work, their team has been incredibly responsive — always quick to help and willing to go above and beyond to make things right. A special thank you to Michael, who has been such a great point of contact. He’s always professional, approachable, and a pleasure to work with. His support has really made the process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Esquire Homes to anyone looking for a builder that truly stands behind their work and values their homeowners.

Our experience with Esquire Building has been exceptional, particularly with Michael. He and his entire team are highly professional and consistently supportive. After three years of living in our home, we continue to appreciate it more each day. We frequently receive compliments from family and friends who visit. We strongly recommend Esquire Home Company to anyone seeking a high-quality, beautifully designed home.

We purchased our home from Esquire Homes about 7 years ago and have been very happy with the experience. The workmanship was solid, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. We haven’t had any major issues with the house, and the few small problems that came up were handled quickly and professionally by their team. Overall, we’re very satisfied and would definitely buy from Esquire Homes again.

I bought my house from this builder in 2017. Recently, my light fixture was broken. I could not find a replacement anywhere. I bought a new ceiling light myself, and they kindly sent their handyman to install it for free. They also helped fill a gap between my kitchen countertop and wall at no cost. I was pleasantly surprised that, after so many years, they still helped me solve these problems. I am very grateful. Their service is excellent. The house is well built, of high quality, and warm. I am very happy with this builder.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Construction Quality and Unprofessional Conduct – Esquire Builder To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I have had with Esquire Builder in relation to the purchase of our condominium unit. Despite being charged for first-class construction and premium materials, the quality of both workmanship and materials used in the building is far below acceptable standards. The construction appears rushed and substandard, with clear signs of poor craftsmanship throughout the property. Fixtures, finishes, and fittings are of extremely poor quality and do not reflect the price point at which the unit was sold. Additionally, the conduct of the on-site workers has been highly unprofessional. Many of them were rude, uncooperative, and lacked the basic courtesy expected in customer interactions. It appears that some of the workers may be associated with the builder on a personal level, raising concerns about the hiring practices and overall professionalism of the construction team. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We expected to receive a quality product backed by responsible service, but unfortunately, our expectations have not been met. Given the significant investment involved, this situation is unacceptable. I will not be recommending Esquire Builder to any of my friends or family members. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, and I urge the management to address these issues with the urgency and transparency they deserve. i am not happy with this builder as his team is rude and never wants to work.
