From the start, the buying and building experience was amazing. This is my 4th new home and I have never had a builder pay such attention to what I wanted. Luc Sanscartier was always available, professional and receptive to my wants during the entire building process. My new home turned out exactly how I imagined it would. I would not hesitate to recommend Sanscartier construction to anyone.

My current home is my second home purchased from Sans Cartier Construction. All my experiences have been outstanding. The home at time of possession was clean and ready to move into. I have not had any issues with this home, I am very pleased with the quality of the product. When compared to some of the big chain builders these house are better built. This is a result of a smaller company having pride in there work. I have a few buddies that are framers and they were always impressed with the TLC taken in the build quality. I had to contact the contractor a few times for some very minor concerns and I was taken care of very promptly and treated with great respect. Extremly friendly and accommodating people. I would highly recommend purchasing your next home from this company. Paul

We had our house built in 2015, the whole team deserves 5 Stars. Dealt with Luc most of the time and they took the time to answer all our questions in a timely fashion. Excellent work and exceptional service. I recommend Bernard Sanscartier Construction 100% Denis

Average builder, nothing spectacular. Having some service issues related to repairs to the home (still under warranty). Greeted with resistance from representatives of the company. Difficult to deal with. Cannot recommend this builder because of ongoing issues of service, repair, and quality. UPDATE: Almost nine years living in this home and I am still discovering issues. Some of the issues related to improper electrical wiring and missing outlets (required by building code). Tonight, I decided to install a powered vent grill to try and pull more air from the furnace as not much air was making it to our master bedroom. When I removed the vent grill, I noticed that the duct work was not attached to the floor and was sitting low into the floor preventing much of the air from making it to the bedroom. Furthermore, this duct work looked like it had been cut by a preschool toddler with safety scissors. It took me a while to straighten it and reattach it to the subfloor. As I did this, I found out that the duct coupling under the floor had just been assembled without anything to hold it together (no screws). This presents another problem as I now need to pull up the floor to repair improperly installed duct work. This is just one of the many problems I am plagued with. My neighbor is in the same boat. Subpar work quality. I cannot stress this enough! Find another builder! And watch them closely. Corner were cut (many corners) during the build of my home. I still remember when we called them while still under warranty and they got mad at us and told us we were too picky and that they wouldn't have made extra efforts to accommodate us (still not clue as what extra effort he was referring to, in hindsight we can only conclude that there was a massive lack of effort during the construction of our home). Hope this review update will help others avoid the issues I've been having.
