Awesome Builder. They have helped us every step of the way. They helped us select our interior finishes and fixed any imperfections upon moving in. We had a leak in our foundation and they fixed it fast. They have treated us like family. This builder does what most builders won't and that is taking care of us. Thanks Debbie, Mark, and Zach for all your help. I would highly recommend a Valecraft Home.

I want to share my feedback regarding the excellent customer service that I received throughout my purchase experience with Valecraft Homes. As a first time home buyer I appreciated the amazing sales representative that took the time to explain and make this an exciting event. My new townhome is exceptional and it feels like a single home! The finishes are top quality from granite countertops, huge glass shower and hard wood floors. The highlight is the elegant curved staircase and the open concept. I have two rumbustious and loud children. I’ve spoken with my neighbour numerous times about our potential noise and they don’t hear us. This is a well built house!!! The after sales customer service was equally top notch. They are responsive, friendly and helpful. Valecraft Homes is a local Ottawa company with big hearts, continuously giving back to the health of our community. When it comes to your home I recommend Valecraft for their quality, customer service and reputation. I love my new home! - Noémie Côte

Valecraft has disappointed my wife and I and let us down. Last week our bathtub overflow drain failed on the 2nd floor and flooded the kitchen and dining room ceiling on the main floor. You can only imagine the repairs required for this. So of course our first recourse was to call Valecraft for support, unfortunately plumbing is no longer covered past the 2 year Tarion warranty...fine. But what pisses me off is having the valecraft maintenance/guy foreman come to our house and put the blame on us by saying that the overflow was loose and that this constitute "owner maintenance". I don't know about you guys but do any of you routinely check your overflow and tighten it as part of your normal house maintenance routine? Wouldn't you think this is the type of household item that would expect it to be done right in the first place? Such BS if you ask me. I'm tired of Valecraft of putting the blame on their customers. The amount of times I've complained about deficiencies in my house only to receive sny comments by the trades person in charge. Well this time it cost me and I'm not turning my head again on this one. So ended up getting a 2nd opinion and had a 3rd party plumbing company come in and do their own inspection. Based on their findings, they were surprised first of all to see the type of overflow drain Valecraft used on our bath tubs. They have never seen this design before but that's not the kicker. The kicker is they did not use any silicone to prevent the drain overflow to loosen over time. So the plumber basically told me, the way it's currently installed it will happen again. It boggles my mind how such a poor design can be used for such a critical piece that can lead to huge damages if it fails. This is poor workmanship on the part of Valecraft at the very least. Now what's done is done, all I can do now is damage control, expect to pay more for my house insurance and suck it up. But let this be known, for all you Valecraft owners out there, get your overflow drains checked and have them sealed properly or even replaced with a quality product if possible. Just like when my wife wrote a 1 star review last week out of frustration, Valecraft will probably call me too to ask to take this review down to save their "reputation". Well Valecraft, if you care about your reputation so much, you need to stop cutting corners and fix the source of your problems rather than doing quick bandaid fixes that only suit you. The customers are always right no matter what. Change the poor design on your overflow drains and avoid more angry reviews like this in the future. I will certainly not buy a Valecraft nor recommend to any friend of family either moving forward. If Google allowed me to rate Zero stars I would.
