My husband and I are in the process of currently building our first home. We could not be more pleased with our decision to go with Affinity Elite Custom Homes! From our initial meeting with them, to countless meetings since as we work through the details of our home, their whole team has been more than we could ever hope for in a home builder's company. They are knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and truly go out of their way to make us happy and satisfied with their work. We would 110% build with Affinity Elite again, and we would recommend them to any of our family and friends.

Working with Affinity Elite homes was the best experience we could have asked for. Building our dream home was something we had always dreamed of without the help of affinity this would have not been possible! The workmanship and quality exceeded our expectations we are more than pleased with the outcome. The owner and his sales rep were very approachable and easy to work with anytime we had a question or concern they were readily available and easy to work with. Highly recommend this builder if your looking for an easy and stress company to build your dream home!

Was a horrible experience with the owner as well as the people working. Bought a home in Belle river from them thinking it’s a well built. However I have multiple issues as other people describing. Issues like roof, floor, and etc. upon talking with the owner Vince instead of de escalating the situation the owner blamed it all on me. The owner was very rude , unprofessional and have no sense to talk with a customer. Anyone thinking of buying a home built by them just research and save their hard earned money.

A horrible experience with the company. Claiming to be 30 years in the business but their workmanship shows it’s like immature work. Paint job around my house is awe full. Everyone working in the business is extremely rude. Only 5 star reviews are from their own people. So beware would not recommend the builder at all

I built a home with Affinity Elite in 2017 in Belle River. Within 6 months the roof started leaking. The builder had to repair it 3 times over the next 6 months. I had a home inspector check the work the first two times after it kept leaking. He said the repairs looked like they were done by children. After the third repair the roof finally seemed to be fixed. Come spring of 2022 I noticed that the ceiling was stained again. I had an inspector check it out and he said it looked like it had been leaking slowly in the same spot for years. So the builder didn't even fix it the third time. Thousands of dollars in repairs because it's no longer under the Tarion warranty. The home is less than 5 years old. In addition to the leaking roof, we have crumbling grout in the kitchen and foyer. I had to have the main front window reinforced because it moved in and out like a subwoofer when it was windy. I had them build a fence as part of the contract. They gave the fence builder the plans for a different property so the fence was built for a 52' wide yard instead the 63' wide it was supposed to be. They had to tear it down and build it again. The entire building process was very painful because the builder didn't take responsibility for any mistakes. He blamed everything on the subcontractors as if it made a difference. They failed inspection for the driveway while it was being built 3 times. He blamed the building department for the town of Lakeshore. He said they had it out for him. I can go on and on. I had to record all conversations and save my texts with the builder just so I had evidence of all the mistakes and ensuing arguments in case I had to go to court. I almost had to for the fence. We built a new home so we would not have to worry about repairs. Even if it was covered by the builders warranty, we had to argue every step of the way. And now that the home is not under warranty, we have had to pay for problem after problem even though the home is less than 5 years old. I do not recommend this builder. Also, I noticed some of the positive reviews listed here are from people who have the same last name as the builder.
