Nice modern neighborhood close to the airport and plaza, but unfortunately not much else is around

If your poor soul is thinking about buying a home at widdicombe hills Blvd. First phase has roof issues, leaking. Sound barriers are horrible. They use cheap wood for the section of the flooring and roof. There is no concrete. You hear , walking , talking , running doors slam. Fernbrook makes garbage. Buyer be hell hell of aware ..... garbage! Garbage garbage ..... you think that having a roof top terrace is amazing , good luck repairing the cheap construction from horrible contractors .
