All said and done, I am truly satisfied with the way our home came out. I wish I made the decision to start building sooner as I love being in a brand new home that I don't have to think about lots of renovation projects! I never thought I'd be able to afford a newly built home and can't believe we are finally in!

Wow! These homes are awesome. And affordable! I'm impressed with the construction, they use all legitimate materials and building techniques. I'm planning to build in the next year, and I'm happy to be with this team. Great work so far.

Highly recommend working with Buffalo modular homes if you’re looking for a good family-based company to work with. First of all I had a vacant piece of land that needed to be removed from a flood plain and with the help of Buffalo modular homes they navigated me and assisted me with working with FEMA. After the approval process Buffalo modular homes worked diligently on my plans to get my house started, and off we go. I am currently building a ranch house on my property with Jeremy from Buffalo modular homes and it hasn’t been much effort on my part. Thank you guys for the hard work and effort you put into making my home become a reality. If you are looking to build a house and you’re looking to work with an honest hard-working family I give these guys two thumbs up. Thank you Buffalo Modular Homes.

I sold my house and worked with Buffalo Modular to design something new and fantastic for me and my family. Every step of the way they have been excellent, professional advisers interested in providing me with just what I was looking for.

Let me first start by saying that all of the negative reviews about this company are completely true. Buffalo Modular does not care about their customers only their money. They make so many promises to get the sale and then none of them are kept. Their customer service is non existent. Jeremy will tell you that these are the best houses built and all problems will be taken care of. Lol yeah right! They couldn’t even get mine done with a 4 month delay in the agreed schedule. Numerous construction issues ,failed inspections no power just to name a few. I didn’t even want their so called service employee back at my house, he was more concerned about getting high then fixing my issues. Nigel will give you the runaround and make promises. Like father like son I guess. Talk to past customers and contractors that have built with them, I have not heard one good experience. Save your money and go with a stick built house done by a reputable home builder. It will at least be done on time and you will get some service after the sale. Also don’t sign any contract with them without your lawyer going over it first. Jeremy is a smooth talking salesman that will con you. That was my mistake, I trusted him. He acts like he is your buddy but in reality he could care less about you. He will leave things out of the contract that he says are included then when it’s time for final payment they are not in the contact and become an “extra” and the charges are added on. Not the way to do business. Could go on and on about my experience but I think you get the point. I am just trying to warn other potential customers not to get stuck in the trap like I did. They are horrible!
