The person we talked to (Sai I think) answered all our questions and was very helpful with his suggestions. He wasn't pushy and was very patient with us, despite our baby crying and being super fussy nonstop. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend.

I agree that the representatives at this decor center are quite unpleasant. I approached an individual by name seemak or something. Looks like he is the boss of this company and we are there to beg something. I am not quite convinced with their approach. I am reluctant to refer my friends to Fieldgate homes. on the other hand, i visited few other design studios, they are way far better. now i wonder why the valleylands lots in Brampton are still sitting there without being sold. Good luck Fieldgate.

Be weary at your appointment, these people are the slimiest I have ever dealt with over the coarse of multiple home purchases. Details and upgrades were not being explained. One rep said to me and I quote "well you didn't spend much money at your first appt. so I didn't think you want to spend any today". POS. Ask questions and review you papers before signing.

RUDE! Unprofessional! One person responded "This conversation is over, I am not talking to you" and walked off because I asked a follow-up question. I regret buying a home with this builder just because of my experience with those at the Decor Centre. I am currently in the process of addressing the unprofessionalism of this visit to head office. This is unacceptable.
