Minto master care management is the worst. Cancelled on appointment and failed to come to repairment schedule multiple times, had to call them to remind them of the appointment (1 hour after the scheduled time) for them to remember. Wonder how they got the job on the first place. If I could give 0 star I would.

Fantastic builder, I have to leave a review on what they really are. I own a townhouse in north oakville and I waited a year to leave this review, I met so many people from sales to warranty. I can't praise enough how fabulous Branthaven team is overall, they know what they are doing. They are just group of really amazing people altogether and they make a great team together. Interior Design Specialist Kimbery was so kind and helpful, listening to every little concern I had when designing my home and carefully incorporating my ideas into design. Then once we moved in, I was surprised by the details of the home, lack of dead space, usefulness of spaces, and quality of materials they used inside out and I felt that every pennie I spent for this house was worth it. I had to wait for some minor jobs to be followed up once occupied just like all other builders did. Chris, our site manager plus his team all helped me out answering to our request promtly then I met warranty team and everything the team has done was beyond my expectation. After living in this house for a year, I just concluded that everyone did their job properly from the first time then if anything is not done to meet my expectation, they came in and fixed it properly. Also if anything was not within their scope of warranty coverage, they explained to me clearly why and guided me where to and how to get help. This was very different from my previous experiences with some other builders where everytime I had concerns, their answer was always like We cant do anything about it. I must also point out Virginia who was in the centre of communication and was organizing everthing for the warranty team. Dave, Fazio, and Dino and few others came in though I dont remember everyone's names but everyone from Branthaven had gone above and beyond and had been super amazing and also genuinely nice people. If anyone will be considering buying Oakvillage phase 3 coming up, I would say definately recommend Branthaven is a reputable and trustworthy company you can rely on building your home.

This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a builder. Almost one year delay and the house is still not registered. I have had to keep renewing my mortgage. The quality of the workmanship is not the same as other builders like green park and Mattamy. Zero communication with this builder, if you don't call you will never get a call. If you do call no one knows any answers! Frustrating, not organized, rush work in order to complete the work. The only way they get by with this stupid delay is that the road is cost shared. So it falls under condo element. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A HOME EVER AGAIN FROM THIS BUILDER!!!!
